PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN PERSEPSI LINGKUNGAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perception on the work environment moderate the motivation of the staff's performance civil service Police Unit Surakarta. This research is a type of predictive research survey approach. Source of data required is a source of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with the questionnaire. Sampling technique with stratified random sampling with a sample of 53 people. Method of quantitative analysis with hierarchical regression analysis, hypothesis tests of significance which includes t test and coefficient of determination. The results can be found motivation to work have a significant effect on employee performance, so that hypothesis 1 is supported in this study. This means that the motivation to work will impact positively on performance. Indicates the positive influence of higher work motivation will be higher the employee's performance, otherwise the lower the motivation to work the lower the performance level of all employees. Work environment could not moderate the influence of motivation on employee performance, so that hypothesis 2 in this study are not supported.
