ABSTRACT

Dynamics, social diversity and interaction is always evolving, in line with the group means was always fit in, along with the dynamics. With the situation and social conditions necessary to conduct a more accommodating management, transparency, and efficient and effective in achieving organizational goals. In such circumstances is not only a leader can use only one style of leadership in diverse conditions, therefore a situational leadership style as an alternative model of leadership style in the modern era, according Paul Hersey and Kenneth H. Blanchard (Stoner, 1991). Based on analytical results obtained F calculated F test of 9.296 while the Ftable (α 0.05) 2.820 F thus calculated is larger than the table F (Fcalculated > Ftable) so that it can be concluded that the independent variable (X) jointly (simultaneously) significantly influence the dependent variable (Y). Lea-dership style in this study the independent variable (Democratic (X1), Autocratic (X2), Charismatic (X3), Paternalistic (X4) and Laissez Faire (X5)).
